Tasty bagels. Good options for bagel sandwiches. I've been several times on my business trips to Chicago and always seem to go with the Lox on a everything bagel and feel like they stack their sandwiches. Remember, besides picking your bagel and maybe what type of sandwich you'd like, you can pick your spread (I liked the chive) as well as your side. The lox included (huge) half a pickle as well.

Their bagels are overpriced. $25 for four bagels with cream cheese. Even worse is their appalling and downright rude customer service. I was waiting for our bagels with my two young kids. A group of 7 guys came in after us and ordered bacon/sausage, eggs, cheese, etc. Our order seemed to be made in a timely manner, but this grungy looking man, working behind the counter (pic below), decided to give the group behind us their order in a one-by-one process. When he gave me my order, I said “finally.” He said “Excuse me?!? Were you waiting long?!.” I said “yes.” He then proceeded to say, “Good things come to those who wait. Maybe next time go to McDonald’s.” What? Me indicating mild frustration because you decided to serve a group of guys who came in after me, with more complex orders, while waiting with two kids, allowed you to be extremely rude to me?! I asked to speak to the manager. Turns out this guy is the manager or so he claims. Their mid-bagels aren’t worth the poor treatment and slow service.

I tasted the bagel I had in New York in Chicago. I enjoyed the meal. It opens at 6 a.m. I waited about ten minutes, bought it, and ate it at the hotel.

It was 1st time and I happy with my bagel sandwich. It was soo delicious and filling. My go two order is always a plain bagel with turkey, avocado, bacon and condiments. For me I like to hollow my bread a bit so it’s not so thick, but still delicious
